Hispanic Heritage Month

The Hispanic Collaborative, through a broad-based committee helps ensure that a bright, hot spotlight is on Latino impact throughout the Hispanic Heritage Month.  Part of the celebration involves a city-wide kickoff held in conjunction with the City of Milwaukee, at the Fiserv Forum Deer District filled with Latino food, entertainment and activities.  Additionally, we coordinate a website where any community member can add celebrations and events that they are hosting during the month.  Our goal is to ensure that during Hispanic Heritage Month we are informing a broad audience of the true narrative about Latino contributions to the economy and to our region.
